There are a few reasons why we might decide that we can’t provide you with a Home Pay account at this time.
Before we make our decision, we do an automated check with a Credit Reference Agency. These checks help us understand your current situation and whether it would be right to offer you credit now. If the check suggests that we shouldn’t offer you a credit account, your application will be declined.
You can check your credit file if you’d like to understand why we’ve made this decision. Get in touch with Experian by calling 0344 481 8000 or go to www.experian.co.uk
If you think any of the information on your credit file is wrong, let Experian know.
You can find out more about how we use automated decision-making, how we use your data, and what your data protection rights are in our privacy policy.
You must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over, to be considered for a credit account with us.

How to check your credit file
You can check with the Credit Reference Agencies to make sure they have the right information for you. It’s a good way of understanding how likely you are to get credit, too.
