If you're returning a standard parcel:
Go to 'My Account' and follow the simple steps to arrange your return and print a return label using our portal.
If you don't have a printer, please choose one of the drop-off options (ParcelShop or locker). You'll get a QR code that allows you to print your return label at the ParcelShop or locker.
