Just follow these simple steps.
Orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
WHAT TYPE OF ITEM ARE YOU RETURNING?
Please check our return policy to find out which items can only be returned if they're faulty.
If you're returning a large item (furniture, home appliance etc.) or a tech item (smartphone, laptop etc.) please fill in our online form and we'll get back to you on how to arrange this.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A RETURN LABEL
You'll find an Evri return label attached to your advice note. If you don't have one, or you'd prefer to return via your local ASDA or Post Office, please see I don't have a return label, how do I get one?
PUT YOUR ADVICE NOTE IN THE PARCEL
If you no longer have this, don't worry! Just put a note inside the parcel with a brief description of why you're returning the order. Remember to include your customer number - this will be in the format A1234567.
REPACKAGE YOUR ORDER AND ATTACH YOUR RETURN LABEL
Make sure you remove or cover up the original address label on the packaging.
If you don't have the original packaging, just pop your order in something sealable and waterproof.
You only need to add 1 return label.
ARRANGE YOUR RETURN
If you'd like your parcel collected from your home:
Please request an Evri collection. You can leave your parcel in a safe place if you're not going to be in.
If you'd like to drop your parcel off:

Evri ParcelShop or locker - please use the return label on your advice note.
Your local ASDA store - you'll need to print a return label or get a QR code from the ASDA website.
Your local Post Office - you'll need to print a return label or get a QR code from the Royal Mail website.
GET PROOF OF RETURN
Make sure you get proof of your return, and keep it safe until your refund has been processed.
